STEP 01
Fabric Selection & Sourcing

We partner with globally trusted suppliers to source certified protective fabrics:

  • FR Fabrics: NFPA 2112, EN ISO 11612, ASTM-compliant for flame resistance.
  • Healthcare Fabrics: Antimicrobial, breathable, and fluid-resistant.
  • High-Visibility Fabrics: ANSI/ISEA 107-certified reflective and fluorescent materials.

STEP 02
Research, Design & Product Development

Our in-house R&D and design teams, using 3D CAD software, create ergonomic, stylish and compatible products for industries like oil and gas, mining, utilities, and healthcare.

STEP 03
Digital Pattern Making & Sampling

We make use of computer-aided pattern-making machinery to ensure perfect fit, no fabric wastage and size consistency. We always send the samples of pre-production to our clients for their approval before proceeding with the bulk production.

STEP 05
Advanced Stitching Process

To ensure strength, comfort and long-lasting durability our stitching section is fitted with high-speed, computer-controlled sewing lines.

Different garments require specialized techniques:

Stitch Types We Use

  • Flatlock Stitching: Creates flat, comfortable seams for healthcare uniforms.
  • Overlock Stitching: Protects edges from fraying.
  • Double-Needle Lock Stitching: Reinforces seams in high-stress areas of IFR coveralls.
  • Triple-Stitching: Used for fire-resistant garments for maximum tear resistance.
  • Bar-Tacking: Strengthens stress points (pockets, belt loops, cuffs).
  • Safety Stitching: Adds extra seam security for heavy-duty workwear.
  • Binding & Hemming: Neat edges and improved comfort for lab coats and scrub suits.

Garment-Specific Highlights:

  • FR Clothing: Triple-stitched seams with flame-resistant threads for added protection.
  • Healthcare Clothing: Lightweight seams and hygienic finishes for maximum comfort.

STEP 08
Four-Stage Quality Control & Testing

Every garment undergoes multi-stage inspections to meet NFPA, ISO, CE, BIS, and ASTM standards:

  • Raw Fabric Inspection – defects & compliance checks
  • In-Process Checks – monitoring during stitching & finishing
  • Final Garment Inspection – sizing, seams, and finishing
  • Laboratory Testing – FR performance, colorfastness, seam strength, shrinkage
